We're hiring!

Our purpose is simply to build software our farmers love to use and while we are at it, transform pastoral farming in NZ.

Working at FarmIQ

We value our work culture as much as our work; the team makes it that much better. We have reached just over 50, packed with highly skilled Customer Success, Product, People and Finance team members, so you’ll be joining a supportive learning environment.

We’re lean (in an agile rather than athletic way) and believe working in small teams not only smooths out the workflow with the equal division of the workload, but also lends itself to making personal connections with your teammates.

Why us?

We still have a fun, small-business vibe where everyone knows everyone. Our culture is authentic, diverse and collaborative where the agile structure allows for exciting opportunities across a variety of projects.

There will also be plenty of chances for you to stretch your legs and go out on a farm visit with your team.

How FarmIQ will help you

We provide a designated weekly time slot for you to learn new skills or grow the ones you already have, to help you achieve your personal career goals. We genuinely believe in hiring ‘good buggers’ that get stuck in and strive for excellence.

We are also big on collaboration and sharing our knowledge with one another and host internal upskilling workshops whenever we can.
